This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.
Description of Effects
TM08 is a Glitch move that does normal damage with a scratching animation. When it misses, however, it inflicts damage to the user like the Jump Kick moves. Combined with its low accuracy, this makes it a risky move to use.
